Problem LDAP login to jellyfin

What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.4
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: default config

For some weeks now I’m not able to login to jellyfin using LDAP credentials. It shows an error: “We’re unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again.”

Interestingly, I created a separate user in jellyfin (no using LDAP) and this one works fine.

Any idea?

Can you share jellyfin’s logs after you try to connect with your ldap account?
And can you verify that you have to ldap plugin?

Hi @Tho , I tried to get log, but in the meantime updated to 10.10.7~ynh2 and it started to work magically :slight_smile: previous updates didn’t help, so either enabling logging via /var/lib/jellyfin/logging.json or upgrading solved the issue.
