Pixelfed upgrade from 0.11.3 to 0.11.4 repeatedly fails

My YunoHost server

Hardware:
I am running on a Linode, Debian 10, 2GB, 50GB storage
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.2 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through ssh and through the Linode “lish” shell
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

After having successfully updated Yunohost (and Nitter, which is on the same server) I initiated an update/upgrade of Pixelfed, from 0.11.3 to 0.11.4. It ran for awhile but ended in a failure message. After running the steps to “Restore Pixelfed from a backup archive” I am able to see Pixelfed (and remain logged in) but it is still at version 0.11.3
