[Pixelfed] Remove unused media

Hi, trying out a pixelfed instance.
I have noticed that there is a lot of media files left after deleting posts as a user taking unnecessary space for the user. Any way to clean deleted media on the server?

One way that seems to work is to remove it as root at:
root@server:/var/www/pixelfed/storage/app/public/m/_v2/<PROFILE_ID>/.../<IMAGE_ID>

Profile used storage will be updated as it looks after a while.

I guess there is a better way?

One day I believe we will add this action in the config panel. It’s too annoying to have to know about it and do it via CLI.
