What app is this about, and its version: Piped, v. 2026.01.13~ynh1
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.39 (stable)
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

Hi, I can’t watch any video in my Piped instance. It doesn’t even try to load, it just stays black and at the bottom it says “The page needs to be reloaded”. It’s been like this for a few days now. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

It’s an upstream issue, tracked in our repo here and upstream here

If a fix is not released soon™ by upstream I’ll integrate the patch proposed in linked thread into package with and upcoming release.

I’ve integrated the proposed changes on a branch, it’s up for testing:

sudo yunohost app upgrade piped -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/piped_ynh/tree/fix-load-video

Worked for me :slight_smile:

Released the updated version to public as v2026.01.24~ynh3

I can’t upgrade it on one server running on x86, on my rpi4 the upgrade went well.

Can you try one more time on odd chance it’s some random timing issue?

Also, is your PC incapable of running x64? Trixie dropped x86 support so ynh 13.x won’t work for you.

I meant x86_64 not 32…just retried and same error…
