pihole is not maintained .i feel that pihole is a very essential tool nowadays. I was thinking if a bounty on github would be possible? its sad when a very popular app has not support.

This app is not easy to maintain. Is Adguard Home not enough for what you search?

Adguard Home has almost the same functionalities as Pihole.
You can also try Technitium DNS.

i feel like pihole has more customizable options and its more “open”
