Pi hole IP 127.0.0.1

I am newbie to Yunohost. I installed it new on a Raspberry pi. The local Domain in Pi hole is called 127.0.0.1.

I would use the global IP of my Raspberry Pi, which I can see in my router.

In my hosts file the following is insert:

127.0.0.1       localhost
::1             localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
ff02::1         ip6-allnodes
ff02::2         ip6-allrouters

127.0.1.1               yunohost

127.0.0.1       tud
192.168.178.50  tud.xyz.de #Added by pihole#

What can I do to activate Pi-Hole? I also tried the reconfiguration of Pihole, but the system was unable to do it and exit the reconfiguration installer.

Please give me step by step instructions!
