Hardware: Lenovo ThinkServer TS140 - 4 x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1225 v3 – 2 Cores - 4GB RAM
I have access to my server: SSH & Web Admin

Hi there, I am running Photoprism on my YuNoHost system and it all works fine. I wanted to sync it to my phone, but the app needs to know which port it is using. Is there any way I can find this out?

Did you try the ssl port : 443 ?
