Penpot install fails on raspberry Pi4

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home
YunoHost version: 11.2.11.2
I have access to my server : Through SSH and through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no
If your request is related to an app, specify its name and version: Penpot 1.19.3~ynh3

Description of my issue

Hi awesome selfhosters!

In the last couple of days I tried several times to install YunoHost on my Pi4 but the install process consistently fails allegedly for “network issues”. My network is working properly and I found that each time I launch the install script it fails on a different file fetch.

For example in the two provided logs:

  1. https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/uzijudalam
  2. https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/riruyezemu

The scripts fails dowloading:

  1. date-fns-2.30.0.tgz and
  2. rxjs-7.8.1.tgz

Does anyone experience a similar issue?

Note: I used a misleading tag for the app (nextcloud instead of penpot) just because I had to choose an app but penpot is not listed, so I had to choose something else to create this topic. I’m sorry for that.

Both of the logs indicate a connection issue, we can consider increasing network timeout perhaps?

I’ve created tracking ticket: Increase network timeout during `yarn install` · Issue #12 · YunoHost-Apps/penpot_ynh · GitHub

Alternatively we can switch to unpacking prebuilt Docker images, tracking Switch to unpacking Docker images · Issue #13 · YunoHost-Apps/penpot_ynh · GitHub

All in all currently there’s no way around this problem other than retrying

Thank you so much!

Looks like it was fixed in latest update of penpot, or at least I have been able to install it! Thanks again!!
