What do you mean with “use on Yunohost”, as it is either your browser or your SSH program that is interacting with your Yunohost?
Not hardware, I use Bitwarden for PW’s and passkeys.
There is a Bitwarden compatible server in the store if that’s what you’re looking for.

I think SSOwat would need support for FIDO2 to enable ‘integrated’ apps, and each app by itself if it is not able to use LDAP.
