What app is this about, and its version: paperless-ngx from 2.20.15~ynh1 to 3.0.3~ynh1
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.40.1 (stable)
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

Thanks for the report, a little investigation gives some clue [BUG] BareMetal: migrate.py thows error "django.db.migrations.exceptions.NodeNotFoundError: Unable to find replacement node ('documents" after updating from 2.20.15 to 3.0.2 · Issue #13289 · paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx · GitHub

Could someone try the testing branch? sudo yunohost app upgrade paperless-ngx -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/paperless-ngx_ynh/tree/testing

Please make a complete backup first
