Paperless-ngx: Where to find the PAPERLESS_CONFIGURATION_PATH variable

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 11.2.11.3 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin

Description of my issue

Does someone know where to find the variable “PAPERLESS_CONFIGURATION_PATH”?

Documentaiton says this: https://docs.paperless-ngx.com/configuration/#PAPERLESS_FILENAME_FORMAT

I couldn’t find the conf file or figure out, if yunohost uses Docker for this app.

YunoHost apps do not rely on containers.

If you have questions about how the app is packaged, its repository is over there: GitHub - YunoHost-Apps/paperless-ngx_ynh: Scan, index and archive all your physical documents

Namely, the configuration file you seek is deployed in $install_dir/paperless.conf, which defaults to /var/www/paperless/paperless.conf. Do not forget to restart the Paperless NGX services after your modification.

Found it myself:
/home/yunohost.app/paperless-ngx/media/documents/
