Paperless-ngx: Allow importing digitally signed PDFs

Because of Can't create support topic for "pagerless-ngx" here my support question…

To be able to import digitally signed PDFs a config change is needed:

PAPERLESS_OCR_USER_ARGS={"invalidate_digital_signatures": true}

Would be great if this is the default and/or it’s changeable on YunoHost app admin page.
