Paid support for yunohost? Does someone offer this?

Hi,
we are setting up a yunohost for our NGO - the most things we are going to do by ourselft, but we would feel better with a paid support plan.

Does someone offer in english or german paid support, if we have questions regarding our setup of the yunohost server?

Hi Jochen,

YunoHost is a volunteer-driven, non-profit project, so there’s no official paid support directly from the project. However, the documentation mentions that commercial support may be available through third parties.

Here are the options I found:

For German-speaking support:

  • SelfhosterVPS (Austria) — Offers ready-to-go YunoHost VPS with ticket-based support included. Prices start at €109/month. They operate in German and English.

For English/French support:

  • yunohost.pro network — A network of professionals officially authorized to use the YunoHost name commercially. They offer consulting, hosting, and managed services (infogĂ©rance).

You can also check the official list of server providers in the documentation.

Disclaimer: I have never used any of these paid services myself, so I cannot give any personal feedback on their quality or responsiveness. I’m just sharing what’s available based on the documentation and my research.

Of course, the community forum and chat rooms remain available for free mutual help! :wink:
