Packaging app no description on Applications/[package name]

Hello everyone,
I have been trying to package cjdns and I am installing it successfully on a local vm that I have yunohost running. When I go from the browser to the list of apps
https://yunohost.local/yunohost/admin/#/apps
I can see it and its description
but clicking on it gives me a blank page
I would expect to see the DESCRIPTION.md in there, correct?
Can someone help me debug this?

I’m guessing because there’s no [resources.permissions] in the manifest (here permissions means essentially SSOwat ACL - which is expected to exist because 90+% of apps are webapps)
