Overleaf installation failed on RPi ("Package mongodb-org is not available")

My YunoHost server

Hardware: RPi 3b+
YunoHost version: 11.0.10.2
I have access to my server : Through SSH or through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I am now running 64bit RaspiOS:

$ uname -a
Linux maindomain.tld 5.15.76-v8+ #1597 SMP PREEMPT Fri Nov 4 12:16:41 GMT 2022 aarch64 GNU/Linux

And I own a dedicated subdomain for Overleaf: latex.maindomain.tld

I tried installing Overleaf on that dedicated subdomain through the admin page, but it failed (“Package mongodb-org is not available”).
