OnlyOffice fails to sync with Nextcloud

Hardware: VPS bought online ( Contabo )
YunoHost version: 4.3.6.3 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH and browser
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

i’ve installed onlyoffice on a subdomain and the relevant app on nextcloud.
however, where i add the Docs address to sync the two, i receive this error:

Error when trying to connect (Client error: GET https://onlyoffice.domain.tld/healthcheck resulted in a 400 Bad Request response:

)

anyone can help with that?

so, the test example was starting, but then it wouldnt load any new file i attempted to open.
i’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it again but now the test example doesn’t even come up at all giving a 502 Bad Gateway.

Please install from testing, master branch is not working…

Once the app version number changes, the app get updated

I have been installing it at least 8 time today without any issue … :thinking:

i wanted to share logs, but i can’t find onlyoffice in the webadmin services.
can i do it through the command line?

on the side, am i possibly messing up things because of the test example?

tried to reinstalling it using this

i dont understand why the test example only worked the first time, with the app working only on the nextcloud side.

i did this

rm /etc/dnsmasq.d/office.DOMAIN.TLD
systemctl restart dnsmasq

in an attempt to help myself by following this thread, but the only thing i achieved is being able to run the examples page (the original sync error still exist).

actually, when i try to create/edit a file in the example page the files wouldn’t even load so i guess it’s an extra proof the integration is not working if we needed one more.
