Onlyoffice fails to install on Raspberry Pi 4

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 4B at home
YunoHost version: 11.2.5 (stable)
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I’m trying to install OnlyOffice but it fails to install.

Error message: WARNING - Sorry, this app can not be installed on an ARM architecture

Logs: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/uroyesamer

But according to the Yunohost Readme for Nextcloud, ARM should be supported, so I don’t understand why it fails.

Any idea?

Hello
Onlyoffice and nextcloud are two different apps.
although nextcloud can be installed on ARM architecture, it’s not possible for onlyoffice

The Yunohost Nextcloud documentation says that ARM is supported:

With YunoHost App (ARM64 support, better performance)

For better performance and ARM64 support, install ONLYOFFICE YunoHost App and connect it to Nextcloud, see the tutorial in the doc of onlyoffice_ynh package

Source: https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/nextcloud_ynh/blob/master/README.md#configure-onlyoffice-integration

Does this mean the yunohost documentation for Nextcloud is incorrect?

The log indicates you’re using armhf architecture which is not supported. Is the board really RaspberryPI 4B? Are you running 64 bit OS?

Thank you @orhtej2 for pointing this out to me. You probably saved me plenty of future headaches. I think what happened is that, long time ago, I plugged the SD card from my Pi3 to my Pi4. I guess it seemed like a good idea at the time… And then I forgot about it. :grimacing:

I will do a proper reinstall of this system, as I should have…

Thanks again!
