Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I would like to integrate OnlyOffice in Seafile as described on https://seafile.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/office/onlyoffice/.

Has anyone succeeded in doing so?

The first way I would try would be to install OnlyOffice through the webadmin on a new sub-domain onlyoffice.domain.tld, but it’s seems that it’s dedicated to be integrated into NextCloud (which I don’t intend to use).
Will it work ?
Any idea what I should put in the domain of your Nextcloud instance?

Est-ce que quelqu’un a réussi à utiliser OnlyOffice avec Seafile dans YNH ?

La première façon qui me vient à l’esprit serait d’installer OnlyOffice avec la webadmin dans un nouveau sous-domaine onlyoffice.domain.tld, mais il semble que cette intégration soit dédiée à l’intégration dans NextCloud (que je n’ai pas l’intention d’utiliser).
Est-ce que cela va marcher ?
Une idée de ce que je devrais préciser dans “Le domaine du NextCloud à connecter à OnlyOffice” ?

Are you using https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/onlyoffice_ynh and https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/seafile_ynh ?

I see that onlyoffice_ynh mentions nextcloud, but I don’t think it’s restricted to nextcloud, if seafile can use it, I think it will be able to…

I’m using seafile_ynh.
I’ve installed onlyoffice_ynh but without success trying to connect it to seafile : I have a blank page when I try to open a onlyoffice-compatible file.

I’ve never done it with seafile and onlyoffice, but I remember debugging the nextcloud+collabora, let me try to give you some debugging tips :

  • Open Firefox inspector (F12) to see which request falls short
  • take a look at the seafile and onlyoffice logs

Can you share the config you enterred ? Which section of https://seafile.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation/office/onlyoffice/ are you following ?

I’m using the Deployment via SUBDOMAIN part of the seafile doc.
After trying many things, I uninstalled and reinstalled OnlyOffice via the CLI, now when I try to check the OnlyOffice server via https://onlyoffice.domain.tld/welcome, I have a Bad request (400) error. As a consequence, I cannot connect OnlyOffice to Seafile and see what’s going on in Firefox inspector.
I have a valid LE certificate on the onlyoffice.domain.tld subdomain.
The nginx.error.log file in /var/log/onlyoffice/documentserver shows:

2020/10/23 10:01:18 [error] 25590#25590: *1800 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 127.0.0.1, server: , request: “GET /welcome/ HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://[::1]:8000/welcome/”, host: “onlyoffice.domain.tld”

Any idea?
