Describe your issue
Hi there. Long time YunoHost user.
I have set a long long very long time ago a tweak somewhere (cannot remember) to backup only core. I have a log message when I backup apps (ex: plz see pasted log). Reason was my photos gallery was to big to be saved on server (I have another data backup elsewhere). Setting is applied to all applications, old, new, all. That’s what I wanted at this time, time have changed…
Today I want to reset this settings. I would like to move my server to another provider so I “clean” my ynh before moving. I’ve uninstalled photo software (piwigo), I have space to make integral backup. The idea is to load it in new server.
I can’t solve my issue. I found another topic about subject but has no answer (cf 'BACKUP_CORE_ONLY' is set SYSTEM WIDE).
I’ve tried to “find”/“grep” all system (particularly in /etc and /home) with root permission but have no result on “BACKUP_CORE_ONLY” string.
I’ve checked in yunohost database and same result: no result.
Nothing relevant in yunohost global settings (yunohost settings list).
I did not try to reset each application setting one by one because I want to find this trick to be sure my integral save will be… Integral !
Any idea where I hacked system ?
Thx for work.
edit:
There were two manual modifications in my ynh config (dnsmask and ntp) so I check diff and run regen-conf. I manually backup application (with data) and I see in log: “BACKUP_CORE_ONLY=0”
Looking in backup scripts (/usr/share/yunohost/helpers.v[1|2|2.1].d), I understand version depends on application, am I right ? Do you think I can consider backup variable is reset and my issue solved ?
Thx
