Upgraded from stable(15) to 18.0.2 and it went fine.
I had some issues while upgrading apps from the webadmin panel. The instance went in "maintenance mode" too and I had to disable it by running the command:
sudo -u nextcloud php7.3 occ maintenance:mode --off

Now, it runs smoothly :slight_smile:
