Not Spam Does Nothing - Whitelisting Email Addresses

Local Server Computer
Everything Up to date.

Emails that I previously used to receive in my Inbox are now being labeled as Spam. Clicking ‘Not Spam’ does not seem to do anything as emails from that address continue to get sent to spam. Is there a place I can whitelist email addresses?

UPDATE: I turned off rspamd which was sending emails to Junk. It seems this service needs some configuration? How?
