Reminder, if you have a system backup of your server, as anyone should, you can restore your domain without resetting it here.

That’s indeed not normal. Could you open a thread explaining your issue?

It is indeed removed from our database, but somehow the DNS server still has it in cache. I will try to investigate.

Bonjour. Suite à désinstallation de VPN Client sur mon serveur savenye.ynh.fr et installation sur un autre domaine avec le même fournisseur VPN (donc même adresse IP fixe), pouvez-vous supprimer le domaine savenye.ynh.fr de vos DNS afin que vos serveurs pointent bien sur la bonne adresse IP de ce domaine après mise à jour des bases de données? Merci d’avance (cette demande fait suite à ma demande de support sous le lien: Domaine ynh.fr inaccessible suite désinstallation vpnclient / reverse DNS . vous pouvez me contacter pour plus de détails.)
