No backup since upgrade to 0.18.0~ynh1

Describe your issue

Since upgrade to 0.18.0~ynh1, restic seems to do nothing : no update to the target server, mails received are empty instead of listing the apps backuped.

/var/log/restic_check_restic.err and /var/log/restic_check_restic.err on source server are empty.

Last entry in /var/log/restic_backup_restic.log was made before the the upgrade.

=> Seems the upgrade broke the apps.

Bon apparemment il y a un soucis avec le programme en lui-même (Exec format error), exemple avec une tentative suite à la reinstallation de l’app : yunohost.utils.error.YunohostError: Could not run script: /etc/yunohost/hooks.d/backup_method/05-restic_app
