Description of my issue

I can’t update Nextcloud from the administration interface. I’m sorry I don’t have much to say, this is the first time it occurs :confused:

Je ne peux pas mettre à jour Nextcloud depuis l’interface d’administration. Je n’ai malheureusement pas plus d’informations à donner, ce problème apparait pour la première fois :confused:

The actual issue seems to be :

App "Mail" cannot be installed because it is not compatible with this version of the server.

I didnt follow closely the news about Nextcloud but I’ve seen this issue multiple times in the past, i think this is when Nextcloud’s new major version is still super fresh … I’m not sure

I had the same problem and your tip was the solution! I simply had to deactivate the “Mail” app in the Nextcloud before the upgrade went through. Thanks a lot!
