Nextcloud update fails, backup restore fails due to Memories

What app is this about, and its version: Nextcloud, 31.0.11~ynh1
What YunoHost version are you running: 12.1.38
What type of hardware are you using: Old laptop or computer

Describe your issue

I tried updating Nextcloud, and the installation failed. The system tried to restore Nextcloud from a backup, but the process is stuck with the INSERT INTO memories_planet_geometry VALUES message, due to Nextcloud Memories I presume.

The web interface has been stuck for around 20 hours, and I cannot find a way to abort the process to get the logs and intervene.

I found some relevant posts in the forum (Nextcloud update failed, restore backup failed - #3 by Olomorn) that could help me solve the issue but I do not know how to proceed.

Trying to run CLI commands, I get the following message: Warning: Another YunoHost command is running right now, we are waiting for it to finish before running this one

Thanks for the help!

I also noticed that @olomorn solved a similar issue here Nextcloud update failed, restore backup failed - #4 by Olomorn but the topic has been closed. Perhaps you could share how you removed the data from the backup, repackaged it, and restored it? Thanks!

And to stop the restore procedure that got stuck, I just rebooted the server (via CLI sudo reboot)
