Describe your issue

I upgraded the Nextcloud app from version 34 to 35. Before, I followed the issued warning and controlled the Nextcloud apps I am using most. Since I am using the Memories photos app intensively, I checked that, too: “Highest Nextcloud version” was indicated as 35, so I thought: everything ok.

After upgrading, the Memories app is broken: it does not have any albums anymore. The shared public links to albums result in an error message: nothing to display. The web ui does not show album entries.

The Memories Android app when opened, initially showed 3 tabs: Photos, Discover, Albums. After a short while, the Albums tab disappeared.

The web description of Nextcloud memories ( Memories - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud ) still shows albums as a major feature.

I need help. Is there anything I can provide of debug information?
Thanks in advance.

Memories menu:

  • Zeitleiste (Timeline)
  • Entdecken (Discover)
  • Ordner (Folders)
  • Favoriten (Favories)
  • Archiv (Archive)
  • An diesem Tag (on this day)
  • Karte (Map)
  • Schlagworte (keywords)

this entry is missing:

  • Alben (Albums)

In the Nextcloud logs, there is frequently this apparently uncorrelated entry:

[memories] Fehler: Failed to index folder /webtrees1/files/Multimedia: Local storage path does not exist “/home/yunohost.multimedia/webtrees1/”
