Hello,

I am using the current Nextcloud Snap on an other computer and have installed Collabora Online on a YunoHost server.

Until recently, this combination worked without issues, and we were able to edit and save documents while on the go using the Nextcloud app on an Android tablet.

Then, presumably due to an update (Nextcloud App? Collabora?), we have been able to open documents, but nothing gets saved.

Previously, in the Android app, you could see immediately after pressing “Save” that the document had been modified just a few seconds ago.

What can I do to get it working again?

And how can I fix this? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Collabora twice. By now, I can’t even access the Collabora admin panel anymore. I enter “admin” and the password I set during installation, but I just keep getting redirected back to the Collabora admin interface login page.

I have opened the XML file and at the bottom is what you have written already in it. However, my XML ends at the line 241.

If it’s already in there, I don’t need to add it again. I also checked the password and it is what I enter but still I can’t figure it out…

Maybe unsupported characters ? Did you try a very simple password for testing ?
