New Yunohost install but cant run initial configuration

My YunoHost server

Hardware: Old laptop or computer
YunoHost version: Latest 11.0.9
I have access to my server : direct access via keyboard / screen
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

Install went fine. Tried to do initial config after install but cant log into web admin in interface on Brave, Firefox or Chrome using yunohost.local or 192.xxx.x.xxx

Also can not ssh into the machine. Ports on router are all correct. When trying to log into it direct with keyboard monitor it is asking for user login but it never asked me to set up a user during install. Is there a default user that isnt documented somewhere?

I remember there was a time that you were recommending people install debian and then install Yunohost over it. Is that still the case here?

I just seen that there is an 11.1 release. Where is that iso at? I downloaded the 11.0.9 from the site less than 12 hrs ago. It’s the only one posted. Perhaps this is the problem?

I found the problem.
I am a real bonehead.
With the install it swapped the ip address I had bound to the machine. I thought I had bound it by the mac address but I did not do that.
I’m fully installed now.
