When I go on my shaarli instance, I have a message saying a new version is available (0.16.3). My actual version is 0.16.2, but when I try to update it in my administration panel, there is no update available. Is there a reason for this please ?

Because latest version doesn’t propose a tar.gz prebuild, but only a zip one ( Releases · shaarli/Shaarli · GitHub ).
We use the tar.gz one ( shaarli_ynh/manifest.toml at fc61f87e70257490ae1d8de0c64b8bb3e3ba1ac0 · YunoHost-Apps/shaarli_ynh · GitHub ). If you’d like to make a pr to change that, be welcome!
The update is merged, catalog should rebuild in an hour or so.
