Movim fonctionne en mode dégradé

Bonjour à tous,

J’ai installé récemment Movim, mais le souci, c’est qu’il m’affiche ce message d’erreur :

Movim is currently working in degraded mode
Your server doesn’t support XMPP Pubsub persistance.

Pourtant, j’ai bien configuré le DNS (movim est installé dans un sous-domaine).

Je fais remonter ce tutoriel car après moultes recherches, je ne parviens toujours pas à comprendre pourquoi Movim fonctionne en mode dégradé : je ne peux ni m’abonner à des topics et encore moins publier mon profil.

Est-ce que tu peux confirmer que tu as bien ouvert/routé tous les ports XMPP listés ici ? https://yunohost.org/#/isp_box_config
