Hello,
would it be possible to name some moderators for the project chat rooms (xmpp:support@conference.yunohost.org?join , dev@ , apps@ +?), in order to moderate unrelated discussions, kick spammers and clean dirty spammers?

The rooms are moderated and the moderation should propagate back Matrix->XMPP via Mjolnir Archon, if that’s not working or is experiencing lag - please do let us know.

Like I raised earlier, there is no moderation directly on XMPP room.

Thanks for the feedback; 2 additionnal comments:

  • on XMPP side there is no way to know that Mjolnir Archon is admin of these rooms → it could make sense that he takes an obvious nickname like “admin”? (also so that he appears on the top of the list)
  • having 1 admin seems very few for a room with 600 people, shouldn’t there be more admins so that there are better chances at least one is always reachable?

But again, there is no direct admin in the xmpp itself (I cannot see any). I offered earlier as well, and stating again, I can help moderate on my TZ and when am active.
