Migration Failure from v11 to v12

What type of hardware are you using: Raspberry Pi 3, 4+
What YunoHost version are you running: 11.3.0.2
How are you able to access your server: The webadmin
SSH
Are you in a special context or did you perform specific tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: Migration from V11 to V12

Describe your issue

I ran the migration from v11 to V12, but it failed, and now many problems appeared, including not being able to use sudo, or access backup or user menu from the webadmin:

[edit] I fix the above screenshot by updating packages (that were probably removed during the migration). But still no sudo access.

There is a similar issue here, but not sure it is the same problem or solution.

Ok, so to fix the sudoer problem, I did the following :

  1. ssh-in using root instead of any yunohost user (like admin) and use the admin’s password : ssh root@server.xx
  2. Following these posts, I noticed that grep sudo /etc/nsswitch.conf did not return anything.
  3. I edited the corresponding file and added at the end of it :
sudoers:	files ldap
  1. It works. :tada:

Any further help as to why the migration failed, and how I can make it work is warmly welcomed.
