Migration 0021_migrate_to_bullseye did not complete, aborting. Error: Could not upgrade all the packages'

Hello Everyone!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge with newbies like myself. I’ve been playing with Yunohost for about a year now (off and on) and have been really happy with it. This is the first time I’ve had major problems, so any help y’all can provide will be greatly appreciated!

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
2GB OpenVZ SSD VPS

YunoHost version: 4.4.3

I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin

Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Description of my issue

I am trying to upgrade my Yunohost server to the latest version. The upgrade aborted because it could not update all the packages. I have included the logs

Regards,
John

Hmmokay can you share the output of journalctl -u slapd -n 150 --no-hostname --no-pager ?

Hmokay, and what if you just try to re-run the migration ?

(NB: I’m talking about rerunning the migration, NOT about running a system upgrade)

I can certainly try. It would have to be done via the CLI because I don’t have access to the GUI. What is/are the commands to do that via the CLI?

yunohost tools migrations run I think

I started the migration, however it failed.

g the command 'yunohost log share 20230220-130120-tools_migrations_migrate_forward' to get help

I ran the command to get the logs, but that failed also (multiple times).

Sounds like that machine has lost internet connectivity somehow …

It seems so, but I can still reach Baikal, Element, and Miniflux that are hosted on that same machine.
