Description of my issue
I would like to take advantage of current Contabo Black Friday VPS deals to upgrade my server to a more performant one. Nevertheless, I will need to change IP address and start from a new configuration, from scratch. How can I preserve all of my current setup and data by temporarily saving everything locally? Is the only solution to buy a new server from scratch and then migrating from the old one while they are both up? How can I do so?
I am sorry but I am totally dumb about this matter.
