[mautrix_signal] : Impossible to (re)install the app

Hi,
I accidentlly deleted two important signal chat room from my matrix client (element).
As I didn’t manage to re-open them in element, I thought it would be a good idea to reinstall mautrix_signal.

Well, I’ve been proved wrong since it since then seems impossible to install mautrix_signal.

It’s a little bug in the package asking for permissions at install :
you should not have two of the relay, user, admin permissions with the same value

In your case, user and relay are set to *.
Just keep the default values and change it after install from the config panel or in the config.yaml
