I’d like to open registration to my synapse instance publicly.
Element is accessible, though registration not: “Konnte unterstützte Registrierungsmethoden nicht abrufen.” (“Could not get supported registration methods.”).
Any idea about this?
I’d try changing enable_registration: False to enable_registration:True on the homeserver.yaml file —line 799— located at /etc/matrix-synapse/

Can I check somehow who has registered, in order to prevent abuse of my server?
Or can I make synapse making me ask to accept a registration?
