Mastodon Upgrade takes hours over hours

Hi!
I’ve got a problem updating Mastodon.
Started the upgrade via CLI… everything was fine at the beginning.
But when it comes to the step “Upgrading source files…”, it’s taking many hours.
What I see is that all the data is copied to “/var/cache/yunohost/files_to_keep_during_setup_source”.
And this takes hours over hours… after it copied the 22GB of mastodon-data to the directory above, nothing
further happens. The whole progress took over 10 hours until this point.
So I interrupted the update process and restored old mastodon from the backup.

But now, I really don’t know, how I’m able to successfully upgrade Mastodon.

Start by doing a little cleaning:

sudo apt autoclean -y & sudo apt autoremove -y

This command cleans up storage:

sudo yunohost tools basic-space-cleanup

Clean the server and swap cover.
sync; echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches & swapoff -a & swapon -a

Think about cleaning Mastodon

And try again to update.
It worked for me.
