You could probably achieve this if you really wanted to by tweaking the nginx configuration manually, but I don’t think Yunohost support this and this is not recommended anyway 
The real question is why would you want to make your site accessible in HTTP also ? HTTP is insecure, this is why there’s HTTPS.
