Mails not send and received

Hi,
i have installed a clean yunohost mydomain.eu
and a clean sogo m.mydomain.eu.

the yuno diagnostic shows all green, except one ip6 ignore

I can open sogo mail account and send a mail to my external address,
it says “is send”
Then i send a mail from outside to the sogo mail account, also no error.

But there are no mails in the inboxes, not in sogo and not in my external inbox.

Where should i search, is there a log or a monitor to find whats going on with my mails?

i found logs under tools service there are some entries from old settings app.mydomain.eu.
but this domain is deleted.
can i reset the system to factory or must i install it new?
