Mail ports on ipv6 seem blocked

Description of my issue

Hi I’m running yunohost on a vps, much to my delight already, but it’s giving errors here and there. The diagnoses ‘Port exposure’ sections says:

Port 25 is not reachable from outside in IPv6.

and

Port 587 is not reachable from outside in IPv6.

These are needed for email and it is suggest it has something to do with my router. I’m running a vps in the cloud so I don’t have a router. The Firewall says these ports are open for ipv4 and ipv6. I’m also able to send mails.

How do I get rid of this error?

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: 4.1.8

It’s typically something that should be taken care of on your VPS’s provider interface

Though depending on your provider, they may or may not allow to expose these ports …

thanks for helping out. There is no such interface but as far as I can see there is also no firewall activated by the provider (hetzner). Also, these ports are open on ipv4, just not on ipv6. I will inquire with my provider, but I doubt they are closing something.
