My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online
YunoHost version: YunoHost 4.1.7.4 (stable).
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : no

Hi,

The automatic diagnosis tool is sending me this twice a day :

================================= Email (mail) ================================= [ERROR] Your IP or domain 2a01:4f8:1c0c:4db9::1 is blacklisted on [SPFBL.net](http://SPFBL.net) RBL - The blacklist reason is: "https://matrix.spfbl.net/2a01:4f8:1c0c:4db9:0:0:0:1" - After identifying why you are listed and fixed it, feel free to ask for your IP or domaine to be removed on https://spfbl.net/en/dnsbl/

I don’t know what to do with that, when looking at the first link (“blacklist reason”), it seems like the abuse service of my provider of hosting services is just… bad ?

Any idea ?

Je ne vois pas trop quoi faire de ce message. Je suis allé sur le premier loin, qui donne la raison du blacklistage mais je ne comprends pas ce que je peux faire, j’ai l’impression que c’est juste le service de mon hébergeur gérant les abus qui se fait descendre…

Une idée ?

After an IP change this week, I was in all blocklists (this one included)

I just clicked on the links, followed the procedure, and was unlisted in a few minutes.

Take care to have a reverse DNS, many lists use this and without it you’ll stay blocked.

And it is also possible that your provider was put on a list, if this is the case it can be complicated.

I just followed the link, and the abuse mail is abuse@hetzner.com, which is not you, so you will not be able to verify the request to be removed :frowning:

Maybe you can change this on the hosting interface ?

I’ll take a look in the hosting interface, maybe send an email to my hoster if i don’t see what to do…

Doesn’t seem to have an impact on the send mail from my YunoHost for the moment.

J’ai la même erreur chez ovh. J’ai ouvert un ticket depuis plus de 10 jours sans aucune réponse…
