Linkwarden wants login

Describe your issue

I installed Linkwarden with permissions set to all Yunohost users. After logging into Yunohost, I am redirected to the Linkwarden login page. My Yunohost login doesn’t work here, so what is the default username / password for Linkwarden?

Edited to add: The “New here?” link is grayed out, so there’s no option to create a new login.

Share relevant logs or error messages

The Linkwarden login page returns “Invalid credentials” if I try to login with Yunohost username / password.

In case anyone else runs into the same, I figured it out. The colors on the login screen made the “Sign Up” link invisible.
