Let's Encrypt certificate installation failed, because it redirects to the admin panel

My YunoHost server

Hardware: VPS bought online (Netcup Linux VPS)
YunoHost version: 11.1.18
I have access to my server : Through SSH | through the webadmin
Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ? : yes
If yes, please explain:
I added a rewrite rule for another subdomain that rewrites to a PHP script, which is only working on that one subdomain

Description of my issue

When I try to install a new Let’s Encrypt certificate, I get the error that the verification failed because the request got redirected to “/yunohost/admin/” (which happens when I use the CLI and the admin panel). I didn’t edit the files, recreated the DNS entries, and also readded the domains over the panel multiple times, which means I use a freshly generated config that has some sort of a redirect.

When I run the diagnostics it says that the subdomains are not accessible from the outside, but I can access them from outside with the self-signed certificate.

Diagnosis message for the web entries: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/mokomeraqe
Error message 1: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/nizucuvogo
Error message 2: https://paste.yunohost.org/raw/opifapufib
