Le last line of the log says :

too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of identifiers in the last 168h0m0s, retry after 2026-02-28 00:01:05 UTC: see https://letsencrypt.org/docs/rate-limits/#new-certificates-per-exact-set-of-identifiers', 'status': 429}

It seems that there was too many request with your identifier.

Have you configured your personnal identifier for Let’s encrypt or do you have used the utils as is ? (didn’t know if let’s encrypt must be configured in Yunohost)
