My French is very poor, so I am not sure, but my issue may be the same as this, which also does not seem to have been solved?: Jitsi meet (jitsi-videobridge) - #10 by fdrubigny1
My Jitsi instance appears to work well, but video is not working.
I asked for help with this problem before, at I had a lot of help - but no solution, so I am trying again.
It seems that the problem is some ports not being open.
I would appreciate renewed help on this. Thank you.
Share relevant logs or error messages
Running a diagnosis I get that “Port 4443 is not reachable from the outside” and “Port 10000 is not reachable from the outside”.
In the Yunohost firewall those two ports are marked as open.
