Jitsi - Impossible to join a room

Describe your issue

After having installed Jitsi Meet, I’m unable to join a room.

  1. On the main page, I type a room name, then I click on “Start meeting” → It sends me on the room page
  2. On the room page, I type my login, then I click on “Join meeting” → The “Join meeting” button becomes gray and nothing happens. About 30 seconds later, the “You have been disconnected. You may want to check your network connection” popin appears !
  3. If I go back on the main page, the room now exists, but nobody can join it.

Après avoir installé Jitsi Meet, je suis dans l’impossibilité de rejoindre un salon de discussion.

  1. Sur la page principale, je saisis le nom d’un salon, puis je clique sur “Start meeting” → Cela me renvoie sur la page du salon
  2. Sur la page du salon, je rentre mon login, puis je clique sur “Join meeting” → Le bouton “Join meeting” se grise et rien ne se passe. Au bout d’environ 30 secondes, le popin “You have been disconnected. You may want to check your network connection” apparaît !
  3. Si je retourne sur la page principale, le salon existe désormais, mais personne ne peut le rejoindre.
