[Jellyfin] Connection failure outside LAN

So I’ve been having problems with my fresh install of Jellyfin on Yunohost ([Jellyfin] Cant access Jellyfin outside lan). I cannot access Jellyfin through any app, nor TV (inside the same LAN), nor Swiftfin.

If I try to access via the web, can do it. Inside and outside my LAN. I don’t know what is happening. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Share relevant logs or error messages

Jellyfin on the Amazon Fire T sticks shows an error related to the ports, but they are open on my router and I can access it through the web interface.

These are the ports on my router. I changed it from TCP only to TCP/UDP hoping for a fix, but it doesn’t matter.
