What YunoHost version are you running: not relevent
How are you able to access your server: SSH

Describe your issue

For over a week I have not been able to connect to your xmpp support MUC . The error message is unable to connect to server or MUC not found. I have tried with two different accounts and used Gajim,Dino or Kaidan. This error is only with yunohost MUC all other MUCs work OK with various accounts and apps.

Share relevant logs or error messages

no problem with my install, the issue is yunohost MUC

It’s relevant since it depends whether 11 or 12

So you were able to connect before?

Are your dns zones correctly setup?

The issue is not with my yunohost setup it is with yunohost,s xmpp support MUC

Just tested from my side — I’m getting the same issue when trying to join the YunoHost support MUC. Connection fails with “room not found,” both on Gajim and Conversations.

Seems like the public MUC might be temporarily offline or misconfigured on the main YunoHost XMPP server.

Maybe someone from the infra team can confirm if the MUC service was moved or is under maintenance?

it is working.
i was able to join with Gaijim and Movim. However with Gaijim it takes a while to fetch older messages is not fetching any message but its working.
