Is this a debian-based software? I want to make it to a Porteus Kiosk module → Modules

Yes, it’s a debian-based software (or rather a debian-based distribution/ecosystem). So no, can’t port it to “another OS”. This is like asking if you could install Linux Mint but on top of Archlinux.
