There was one.
But it is not maintained anymore and I think it does not work anymore.
I know this is a requested app but I think nobody have time+knowledge to manage this.

To answer the original question, OpenVPN server is still around, and there is now WireGuard, Tailscale, Zerotier… check out the apps catalog!
